Delivery & Returns

Domestic Shipping

Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders via Royal Mail or Hermes. Standard delivery takes approximately 2-4 working days to arrive (after item has been dispatched). We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days, excluding bank holidays.

Upgrade to 1st class delivery available at the checkout (courier aims to deliver next day but can take 1-3 working days).

Please note there may be delays in receiving your items during busier periods that are out of our control, however if there is a delay in dispatching your order you will be notified by email.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at the moment but it will be coming soon. However, you can still place an international order through our Etsy store.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for unused products (excluding custom made products) provided you have contacted us within 14 days of receiving the product and the item has been returned to us in it’s original packaging within 14 days of the date you contacted us.

Buyers must cover return postage costs and a full refund will be given within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If the item is not returned in it’s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
